We’re so very grateful to God to report that Mary’s insurance has been ironed out. After waiting a week and doing everything they wanted as quickly as we possibly could, no matter how much we tried to explain the urgency of the situation, nobody would help us find a way to work it through the system faster. So I spent 3 hrs this morning driving around to all the physical offices I could think of. Lo and behold, I ended up back where I started. But this time I had enough knowledge to know who to ask for and what to say. Turns out they could help me after all! It’s always true that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I’m so grateful I didn’t have to drag all the kids around with me for the fun, although I suppose we would have been considerably squeakier as a group!
